Bad Luck For Team Radley At Vechta
Time training saw a bad start from Nick and Abi as gearbox issues strike again.
With the gearbox dropping into neutral off the line, the hopes of a podium finish looked doubtful as the problem persisted.
Abi said "We made some adjustments between training and racing which seemed to have worked for our first heat, where we made a good start and had a close race with Keil/Tralau, finishing 2nd with a good lead on the other four teams."
"Unfortunately, it dropped into neutral in the other three heats, meaning we were last into the first corner. With a 2nd, 4th, 5th and 5th we finished 5th overall"
